How to Request Deletion

Option 1 — In the app (fastest):

1. 1Sign in to the P-WAG app or p-wag.com.
2. 2Open the Member Portal.
3. 3Click Delete My Account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email:

1. 1Email paulf@p-wag.com from the email address registered to your P-WAG account.
2. 2Use the subject line: Delete my account.
3. 3We will confirm and process your request — no questions asked.

Requests are normally processed within a few days and completed within 30 days.

Delete Some Data, Keep Your Account

You do not need to delete your account to remove your data. Want your branch number, location, notification preferences, or a review taken down? Email paulf@p-wag.com with the subject line "Delete my data," tell us what to remove, and we remove exactly that data while your account stays active. Same timeline — normally within a few days, completed within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile — name, email address, and password
• Your branch number and general location (city, state, ZIP)
• Your notification preferences and saved settings
• Your connection-request history with providers
• Your account from our member database

Reviews you posted: your reviews stay on the provider's page so other postal workers keep the benefit of your experience, but your name and account are permanently detached from them.

What We Keep (and Why)

• Provider subscription records (for providers): invoices and payment confirmations are kept as required by tax and business-record laws. These contain no card numbers — P-WAG never stores your card data.
• Security logs for a short period to protect the platform against fraud and abuse.

Nothing else is retained. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, before or after deletion.

Provider Accounts

Providers who cancel: your listing comes down at the end of your paid period, and your business listing data is removed when you request full deletion. Payment records are kept as described above.
