Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about connecting with providers, how we verify businesses, and what founding members get.

Connection Requests

How does the connection request process work?

Find a provider in the Directory and click "Connect". Fill in your name, email, and an optional message, then send. The provider receives your information directly and reaches out to you — usually within a day or two. You can track the status of your requests anytime in the Member Portal.

What information does a provider see when I connect?

Only what you choose to share: your name, your email, and the message you write. Nothing else from your member profile is ever sent to a provider.

Am I obligated to buy anything after connecting?

No. A connection request is simply an introduction. There is no fee, no commitment, and no obligation — you decide whether to move forward with the provider.

Provider Verification

How are service providers verified?

Every provider submits an application with their business details, services, and background information. We review each application — typically within 2-3 business days — before a listing is approved and appears in the Directory.

What does the Preferred Provider badge mean?

The Preferred badge is earned by providers who show an exceptional commitment to serving postal workers — including verified USPS employee discounts and a track record of quality service to our community.

What if I have a problem with a provider?

Tell us. Reach out through the Contact Us page and we'll look into it. Providers who don't meet our standards can lose their listing — the Directory only works if members can trust it.

Founding Provider Benefits

What is the Founding Provider Program?

The first 50 providers to join the network pay just $1 for each of their first 3 months on any tier, then the regular monthly rate for that tier (Bronze $15, Silver $25, Gold $45) or cancel. It's a limited-time launch offer for the businesses that believe in postal workers from day one.

What happens after the first 3 months?

After the first 3 months, founding providers continue at the regular rate for the tier they chose (Bronze $15, Silver $25, Gold $45 per month) or simply cancel. No cancellation fees, no hoops — your choice.

Why should a business become a founding provider?

Founding providers keep their Founding Provider badge permanently, get early access to new features, and are first in line for member outreach campaigns — a designation early members will recognize for years.
