About P-WAG
P-WAG LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Seminole, Florida. We operate an online platform that connects United States Postal Service employees and retirees with local service providers, and we publish benefits guides, union resources, and related tools. P-WAG is an independent organization and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Postal Service, the National Association of Letter Carriers, or any other postal union or government agency.
Accounts
Membership is open to current and former USPS employees and their households. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Businesses register through the provider application. Submitting an application does not guarantee listing; P-WAG reviews each application and approves listings at its discretion. You represent that the business information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the business.
Member Responsibilities
Use the platform lawfully. Do not harass providers or other members, misrepresent your identity, or use the directory for bulk solicitation or commercial purposes. Provider contact information is provided so members can connect with providers; it is not for harvesting or resale.
Provider Responsibilities
Providers agree to (a) maintain accurate listing information, (b) honor any USPS employee discounts they advertise on the platform, (c) comply with all laws applicable to their business, and (d) conduct themselves professionally with members. P-WAG may suspend or remove any listing that receives credible complaints, misrepresents services, or violates these terms.
Reviews
Members may review providers they have actually used. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Do not post content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or abusive, and do not post reviews for a business you own or work for. P-WAG moderates reviews before publication and may decline or remove any review at its discretion. By posting a review, you grant P-WAG a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform and in P-WAG promotional materials.
Provider Plans and Payments
Provider listings operate on monthly subscription plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and the Founding Provider program. Promotional pricing (such as the Founding Provider offer: $1 per month for the first three months, then the regular monthly rate) applies as described at signup. Plans renew automatically each month until you cancel, and you may cancel at any time from your account. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store your card details.
Provider Listings Are Not Endorsements
P-WAG is a directory and connection platform, not a party to any transaction between a member and a provider. A listing on P-WAG is not an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any provider's quality, licensing, insurance, or services. Always evaluate providers independently before hiring them.
Tools and Resources
Benefits guides, union resources, and tools (including SeniorityTrack, NALC Sherlock, and the OWCP Form Assistant) are for general informational purposes and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or benefits advice. Consult your union steward, HR department, or a qualified professional for advice on your specific situation.
Intellectual Property
The P-WAG platform, content, and branding belong to P-WAG LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish platform content without permission, except content you own (your reviews, your listing information).
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P-WAG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss arising from a member's dealings with a provider. P-WAG does not guarantee that the platform is available without interruption or error.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. If you cancel a paid provider plan, your listing remains active through the end of the paid period.
Privacy

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; material changes are noted on the platform with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
